Comunitatea pentru Excelență în Management Școlar (CEMS) brings educational leaders together around a shared ambition: raising the standard of school leadership in Romania. The aim was to give that ambition a bold, clean visual identity, challenging the dated institutional aesthetic often associated with education and giving the community a distinct, contemporary presence.

The mark translates that purpose into light, unfolding as a fan of rays that expand from a shared origin. A subtle pencil silhouette grounds the form in education, while its open geometry suggests knowledge reaching beyond its starting point. Green anchors the symbol in growth and continuous development; blue brings clarity, balance, and a sense of possibility.

Clean sans serif typography gives the composition structure, balancing the symbol’s movement with a clear, measured voice. Across the wider identity, the rays become circular patterns, extending the language of light into a system that feels energetic, connected, and recognizably its own.
