The brief of the project asked for a brand polish, including the logo mark and logo type.
First I polished the logo mark, to make sure that all non essential details are removed, leaving no space for errors when the logo is being scaled small or big.
Choosing a new font was the second important part of the process, as I wanted to make sure that the logotype isn't too heavy next to a solid block of color. Although the logo mark has sharp corners, I wanted to soften up the composition with a more rounded choice for the logotype.
